One of my favorite snacks ever! l could eat this by the spoonfuls, literally! Sometimes I make this just for a whole meal but that’s probably just me haha. But usually I will make it for an appetizer or with a Mexican meal like tacos or burritos. I do it a little differently. I replace onion with shallots and sometimes I add Tabasco Habanero Sauce for some extra kick. Here’s how I make it:

-Smash avocados (2-3 depending on how much you want to make) in a large bowl with a fork for a smooth and creamy finish. *If you like it super chunky smash the avocados in at the very end. Note: This recipe is with 2 avocados.

-Chop 2 medium sized tomatoes, 2 handfuls cilantro, and 2 cloves garlic (crushed). Then *finely* chop your 1 shallot, , and 1 jalapeño pepper. Add and mix in with avocados.

-Stir well.

-Add salt & pepper and fresh lime juice to taste.

*Substitutions: fresh garlic – garlic powder, chopped tomatoes – canned tomatoes, shallots – onions.

Serves 4. Best with Tostitos Cantina Thin & Crispy tortilla chips. This guacamole dish is perfect for company! Enjoy! xo
